What this site is

Iowa Market Days is a free community calendar and a set of tools that make it easier for market hosts, vendors, creators, businesses, and shoppers to find each other. It is run by Gina Makes LLC in Altoona, Iowa.

What we don't promise

• No guarantee of visibility, attendance, or sales. Listing an event, buying a featured placement, or creating a profile does not guarantee any number of views, visitors, applications, or sales. We are a tool, not a marketing agency.
• We don't run the events. Each event is organized by its host. Dates, fees, rules, refunds, and what happens at the event are between the host and the vendor or shopper.
• Listings may be wrong. Hosts and community members submit the information. We review what we can, but confirm details with the host before you drive or pay.
• Sample listings. Entries marked "Sample" are placeholders based on public information and may not be current. Hosts can claim or correct them for free.

Payments

Featured placements and host licenses are paid to Gina Makes LLC and are non-refundable once the listing is live. Vendor fees for events are set and collected by the host, not by us, even when paid through a link on this site.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to show it on this site and in our emails and social posts promoting Iowa markets. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share. We may remove listings or reviews that are inaccurate, unkind, or off-topic.

Reviews

Vendor reviews of events are opinions of the people who wrote them. We approve reviews before they appear, but we don't verify every claim.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by Iowa law, Gina Makes LLC is not liable for losses that come from using the site, attending or hosting an event listed here, or relying on a listing. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Privacy, briefly

We collect what you type into our forms and basic site usage data. Host phone numbers are never shown publicly. We don't sell your information. Email hello@iowamarketdays.com to update or delete your data.
